Rashmi is a post-graduate in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur with over 20+ years of experience in HR across multiple industries. She is also a certified Master Assessment Expert, Executive Coach and Change Management Expert.  She was awarded as one of the Most Influential HR Leaders in India by World HRD Congress in 2016. She has worked with major Corporate houses like ITC, United Breweries, Thapar Group and international organizations like ICRC, CAF International. She has attended several Executive Education courses in IIM, Ahmedabad, and ISB, Hyderabad. Rashmi is an active member of the CII NR Regional Committee on Skills.
 

Rashmi is currently working as Chief Human Resources Officer at the Wave Group. The Wave Group is a diversified industrial conglomerate with businesses that include Real Estate, Retail, Sugar, Distilleries, and Education. She is responsible for managing the entire HR function of Wave.
 

Over the years, Rashmi has made a significant contribution in organization design and restructuring, building a pipeline of Talent through Portfolio Approach and change management processes. She has led initiatives in strategic HR in terms of aligning the HR strategy to the business strategy. She has been instrumental in developing a Digital Repository that is a knowledge bank that stores critical information and knowledge database of various projects in digital form. Rajiv Naithani

Rajiv is a young, dynamic and a fast tracker HR and OD thought Leader who believes in “Self” being the “Instrument of Change”. Having worked with Hi-Tech Industry throughout in his career, he has played a key role in the transformational journey of some of these companies (i.e. Infogain, Dassault Systèmes, GlobalLogic and HCL). Rajiv is inspired by the “Employee First” concept and finds it to be the key driver towards catering to the expectations of “Customers” and “Shareholders”.

Rajiv has played important role in evolving the culture of the organizations through cultural dig initiatives to define the core values as behaviours for realizing the vision of the organization. Rajiv has managed multiple M&As and Rebadging assignments for three of the different organizations he has served as HR Head. Cultural integration, Great Place to Work with journey, high performance culture, leadership development and hiring, and HR maturity are some of the key strategic priorities which have been successfully led and delivered by Rajiv in multiple organizations. Prior to Infogain, Rajiv served Dassault Systèmes (R&D and Services Entities in India) and GlobalLogic as HR Head for India and also played Global OD role in GlobalLogic.
Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Rajiv held management positions in companies like HCL, and Interglobe Technologies (IGT).


Rajiv is a Law Graduate and a Certified Organizational Development (OD) Professional from Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Sciences (ISABS). Rajiv has also done Senior Management Program from IIM Calcutta and one-year HR Management program from XLRI Jamshedpur.


Rajiv serves as Board of Trustee with "Pauri Garhwal Trust" which focuses on development of underprivileged people in Uttarakhand State in India.
