Overview
The Global Excellence Awards is an annual event hosted by HR SUCCESS TALK, aimed at recognizing and honoring individuals who have achieved exceptional results in various fields. The Awards celebrate outstanding achievements in HR Leadership, Young HR, Women HR, CSR, Business Excellence, Women Leadership, Corporate Mentors and Corporate Social Influence. Edition 08 of the Global Excellence Awards promises to be an exciting and inspiring event, with various Awards Categories.

Objective
The objective of HR SUCCESS TALK's The Global Excellence Awards: Edition 08 is to recognize and celebrate the achievements of individuals that have demonstrated exceptional performance and innovative practices in HR and other fields. The awards also aim to inspire others to follow suit and continuously strive for excellence. Overall, the objective is to showcase the outstanding work being done in HR and other fields and to encourage individuals and organizations to aim for excellence and achieve greater success.

Eligibility:
Nominees should have a more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources
Should have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and achievement in HR practices.
Should have achieved significant results and made a significant impact on their organization.
Top 10 Global Young HR Excellence Award
Eligibility:
Nominees should not exceed 15 years of experience in HR or related fields.
The nominee should not have exceeded 35 years of age as of the deadline for the award ceremony.
Should have achieved significant results and made a significant impact on their organization.
Top 10 Global Talent Acquisition Excellence Award
Eligibility:
Nominees should have a more than 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Should have made significant contributions to the field of Talent Acquisition through their work and achievements.
Should have made significant contributions to their organization's Talent Acquisition strategies, resulting in successful outcomes and positive impact on the company's growth and implemented innovative approaches to Talent Acquisition.
TOP 10 GLOBAL WOMEN IN HR EXCELLENCE AWARD
Eligibility:
Nominees should have a more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources and a female
Should have achieved significant results and made a significant impact on their organization
Should have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and achievement in their field
TOP 10 GLOBAL HR TRANSFORMATION EXCELLENCE AWARD
Eligiblity :
a) Nominees should have a more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources
b) Should have made significant contributions in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that have fostered a culture of belonging, created more representative workforce pipelines, and delivered measurable progress in D&I metrics.

c) Spearheaded HR transformation programs that have modernized HR service delivery models, realigned HR capabilities with business needs, and generated significant efficiencies and cost savings.

d) Demonstrated thought leadership in developing future-focused HR strategies, advocating for reskilling/upskilling of the workforce, and preparing the organization for the future of work.
Nominees should have made a significant impact in at least one of the areas b, c or d in addition to the core experience.

Eligibility:
Nominees should currently hold a CXO role (CEO, CFO, CIO, CHRO, CMO, etc.) at an enterprise-level organization.
Should have a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 3 years served in a CXO capacity.
Should have achieved significant results and made a significant impact on their organization or in their field.

BUSINESS EXCELLENCE AWARD
Eligiblity :
Nominees should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in their profession or industry.
Should have achieved significant results and made a significant impact on their organization or the wider community.
Should have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and achievement in their field.
Top 10 Global CSR Impact Award
Eligibility:
Nominee should have implemented CSR initiatives that have made a positive impact on society and/or the environment.
Should have demonstrated a commitment to ethical business practices and social responsibility.
Should have integrated CSR into their business strategy and operations.
TOP 10 GLOBAL CORPORATE SOCIAL INFLUENCERS AWARD
Eligibility:
Nominees should hold a leadership position within a corporation/organization that enables them to influence and drive social causes.
Should have a substantial follower base and engagement metrics across multiple social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)
Demonstrated thought leadership by sharing insights, best practices and fostering constructive dialogue around social issues.
Achieved measurable positive impacts through social media campaigns (fundraising, policy changes, increased volunteerism, etc.)
Proved to be an effective ambassador by aligning personal brand and messaging with their company's social impact initiatives.

Top 100 HR Leaders Awards in Bangalore (Host City)
Eligibility:
The HRST Team will not be soliciting nominations for this prestigious award category. Instead, the team will meticulously scour LinkedIn profiles and conduct extensive research through personal references of the Core and Management Team to identify potential HR Leaders who have exhibited outstanding leadership acumen and cutting-edge ingenuity in their HR initiatives.
Person should be have minimum 10 years of experience with the Title - HR Director, VP - HR, GM-HR, CHRO etc. Please note - Manager / Senior Manager - HR will not be considered for this award
