Dr Aparna Sethi comes with over two decades of diverse experience in the service and education sector. Doctorate in management Dr Aparna has contributed to competency-based HR as an area of research. She is MPhil in management and MBA in marketing and human resource management. Founder of Pro-touch, a talent transformation and reskilling organization. As a corporate trainer, her flagship programmes on gender sensitisation, unconscious bias, prevention of sexual harassment of women in the workplace and many more are well recognised and appreciated.

Dr Aparna Sethi has authored three books covering the subject of gender sensitisation, presentation skills, diversity and inclusion. Under her initiatives, she has conducted more than 300 sessions on diversity and inclusion, inclusive leadership and POSH. She has been recognised at many forums for her exemplary contribution toward capacity development and woman empowerment.
