Employer branding is often mistaken for glossy campaigns, recruitment videos, or well-crafted career pages. While these tools have their place, the real employer brand lives and breathes through leadership. The way leaders act, decide, and engage with people becomes the most authentic reflection of what it truly means to work in an organization.
