Rommel Pilapil Sergio, a professor of management at Canadian University Dubai. He is having 22 years of teaching and administrative experience in management and psychology. Rommel holds two terminal degrees - A PhD in management and PhD in counselling psychology and is certified academically to teach management and marketing. Recipient of various awards in teaching, research and community services and recognised at various forums for his contribution to the community.

 

At the time when the world was struggling to deal with the Covid pandemic, Rommel relentlessly worked to promote well-being and mental health with his expertise in counselling psychology. Rommel provided the needy with free psychological services, and free counselling and conducted free wellness programmes and supported many to overcome post COVID mental challenges. In his initiative, he collaborated with The psychological Association of the Philippines, community leaders and the United international private school of Dubai.
