My Story
Frances Sallah-Brown is an HR Professional with over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of human resource management operating at executive and senior management levels with a proven track record of leading transformation projects.
She has spent most of her career in various sectors including banking, rail infrastructure, insurance, IT and charitable organisations. She has served on a board of trustees of a pension fund and been a member of the executive leadership team in a multinational organisation.
She is also a workplace coach. She has been coaching and mentoring to enhance employee performance and development. Frances Sallah-Brown is an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and is passionate about delivering the results.
